Office Assistant (New) (Ref: RTLJOB-105)

Our Client based in Leith is looking for someone to work as an Administrator, they are looking for someone who is confident and keen to become part of a busy team. This job role is for 20-24 hours initially and cover for illness or holidays, may move to Full-Time.

The job role consists of dealing with incoming/outgoing calls from customers and clients, some patience is required and creating a personal approach is needed, updating information to the in-built Database system, opening and distributing the mail, refilling photocopiers, kitchen supplies etc, photocopying, filing, laminating, dealing with emails in/out, once a year send out invoices and record payments on Excel.

We will also help the successful person to achieve a funded MA/SVQ 3 in Business and Administration, which is achieved on the job role, there is no studying and no exams. To be eligible you must be aged 16-19 years.
