Receptionist/Administrator -NEW (Ref: RTLJOB-110)

Our client based in Milton Road is looking for a Receptionist for their busy Hotel. The ideal person will be polite, have a nice manner and be keen to learn, there are Shift Working hours which are 7.00 am to 3.00 pm and alternately 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm, there is also weekend work on a rota basis, previous Customer Service experience would be beneficial. The client is offering the National Minimum Wage for the age group.

The job role can include, mail in/out, filing, photocopying, scanning, creating invoices, updating database and spreadsheets, meeting and greeting visitors, answering/making telephone calls, emails etc

We will also help you to achieve an MA/SVQ 3 in Business and Administration, which is gained in the job role, there is no studying and no exams, once completed you will receive certification from City & Guilds You must be aged 16-19 to be eligible.
