Assistant Administrator (Ref: RTLJOB-113)

Our client based near Edinburgh Airport is looking for a new member of staff as a Contract Administrator. This job is a full-time, temporary role until September/October, previous office experience is required as the successful person will be in the office on their own at times and will need to be able to work with Excel, Word etc and answer the incoming calls as well.

The job role is varied and includes general office duties as well as specific duties as laid out by the employer, which will be discussed at interview.

The client is looking for someone who is confident when talking to people on the phone and who has a "can do" attitude.

We will also help you to achieve an MA/SVQ 3 in Business and Administration, which is achieved in the job role, to be eligible you must be aged 16-19 years.
