Administrative Assistant (Ref: RTLJOB-114)
Our client based in the Leith area of Edinburgh is looking for a new person to join their Central Services team.
The job role consists of providing a warm welcome to all visitors, having a pleasant manner when receiving/making telephone calls and whilst liaising with all staff and visitors.
Covering reception and switchboard when required, stationery inventories, incoming/outgoing mail, typing, photocopying, laminating, filing, arranging equipment repairs and services, update database, arrange meetings prepare PR packs, register purchase invoices, arrange meetings and any other tasks as required.
The client is offering an initial one-year contract, 35 hours per week and the salary will be the Living Wage.
There is a funded MA/SVQ 3 in Business and Administration attached to this vacancy you must be aged 16-19 years to be eligible to apply.
