Sales Support (NEW) (Ref: RTLJOB-118)

Our client based in the Newbridge area are looking for a new member of staff to join their Sales Support team. They are looking for someone with Customer Service experience who is capable of working as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent job role.

The job role consists of - Accessing/managing a database system, updating Excel spreadsheets with order details. Monitor incoming emails, provide Webchat support through online systems. Order processing using internal systems. Use Microsoft packagees. Deliver excellent Customer Service, answer incoming calls. Any additional ad hoc duties.

Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written skills. High attention to detail. Quick learner. Polite phone manner, ability to listen and communicate. Reliable.

Necessary Skills - Computer skills. Presentable. Good communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels. Monday to Friday 37 hours per week 11,000 per annum.

The successful applicant will also work to achieve a funded MA/SVQ 3 in Business and Administration, which is achieved in the job role. To be eligible you will need to be aged under 20 years. RTL is an Equal Opportunities Employer and Training Provider.
