Contract Administrator (Ref: RTLJOB-118)
Our client based near Edinburgh Airport are looking for a new member of staff to join their team.
They are looking for someone with Office experience who is capable of working on their own initiative.
This is a 10-month contract which may become permanent.
The job role is a busy and varied one to assist in the running of their contracts.
Duties and responsibilities will include answering the telephone, filing, photocopying, producing reports, purchasing, general office duties and supporting the Management team.
A good telephone manner is essential as a major part of this role will be communicating with customers, company officials and the general public. An ability to work unsupervised is essential.
The successful applicant will also work to achieve a funded MA/SVQ 3 in Business and Administration, which is achieved in the job role. To be eligible you will need to be aged under 20 years.
