Operations Administrator (Ref: RTLJOB-119)
Our client based in the Leith area of Edinburgh is looking for a new member of staff to join their small friendly team.
The job role includes, preparing reports for the team, allocating work to individual PDAs, checking completed work daily and requesting information for any works not completed, prepare Weekly Productivity totals for Contracts Manager and all other admin work as requested.
This is a full-time permanent position. The ideal person would be someone who is quick to pick things up, who has good telephone skills, is confident and can use their initiative.
There is a funded MA/SVQ 3 attached to this vacancy which the successful applicant will achieve in the job role. To be eligible you must be aged under 20 years.
