Administrator (Ref: RTLJOB-120)
Our client based at Haymarket in Edinburgh is looking for a new member of staff to join their office/administration team. the job role is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
It is a varied role and consists of taking online information and updating instruction sheet to AIMS, maintaining records on AIMS, typing reports/letters, responding to emails, taking/making telephone calls and carrying out general office tasks as required.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has a little office experience, is confident to speak to colleagues/clients and capable of working on their own initiative.
We will also help the successful person to achieve a funded Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration at Level 3 (criteria applies).
